Post Your Loft
First, there is "no cost" to you in posting your loft on www.lofts-of-atlanta.com. We even come to your loft and take photographs!
We Show to Qualified Buyers
As we receive leads and phone calls from prospective Buyers, we make sure they have been through a mortgage pre-qualification process. This assures us (& you) that they are qualified to obtain a loan and purchase your loft.
We Bring you a contract
Once we find a Buyer with interest in purchasing your loft, we will write a contract utilizing the standard Ga. Association of Realtors contract. We will work with you in negotiating and securing terms, conditions, and pricing that are acceptable to all parties involved. We also walk both Buyer and Seller through the entire purchasing process - right through closing.

You pay us a commission at closing
We work with a lot of Buyers. When we bring you a Buyer, write the contract, walk both Buyer & Seller through the mortgage process, the inspections, infestation reports, appraisals, and all the steps leading up to and including the closing, we'll be due a commission.

If we don't bring you a buyer,
you don't pay a dime.

Already Listed with a Realtor?
No problem. And you've made a very good decision. Your Realtor will always represent you and your affairs throughout the Listing process. We want to make it very clear that we are not asking for your loft listing - nor will we give any indication on the site that we are representing you or the listing. It is not our intent to interfer with the listing agreement with your Realtor. Be sure to check with your Agent and obtain their opinion. Utilizing your Agents recommendations is most often the best advice.

If you are "not" listed with a Brokerage (for sale by owner) . . . we can:

  1. List your loft in the "First Multiple Listing Service"
  2. Provide you with all the appropiate contracts and forms you will need to assure that the transaction is handled properly and protective of both parties.
  3. Provide consultation and direction through the entire process
  4. And/or, provide the full Brokerage / listing service. We will handle all the advertising, literature, showings, and support, along with providing full representation through the entire transaction and closing proceedures.
